Yes, we have parking. No, we don’t allow reserved or exclusive parking slots, overnight, or multi-day parking. We refuse to be a depository of vehicles. They will be towed at owner’s expense.
Please read the Available Units page. We put there what businesses are preferred, ideal, and not allowed. If your kind of business isn’t listed there, feel free to ask.
We do not have a written policy on this but we are prudent about it. If a lessee applicant is a spa and there’s an existing spa tenant, we ask the latter if they’re okay with another spa of a different concept or that offers different services. Or, if a lessee applicant is a restaurant and we already have an existing restaurant tenant, we also consult the latter on it. If there’s an existing skin clinic we will probably not accept another skin clinic. Same thing with milk tea, barber shop. Feel free to ask us.

The unit is ready for turnover. When we (you and Landstrong) sign the Lease Term Sheet, the Contract of Lease, and you pay the two months security deposit and one month advance, the unit is yours.
We invite you to do an ocular or actual viewing of the unit with us. We will turn the unit over to the lessee AS IS.
Yes, we give free months for this. How many depends on our agreement. We will cover this on your Lease Term Sheet.
